The Contracts COVID-19 Surge Capacity component is extended through 12/31/2021. II. Funding for this increase is provided by the ‘American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA)’. III. All other terms and conditions of the original contract and any previous amendments shall remain in full force and effect.
