This Agreement is for the necessary APS (Arizona Public Service) Electrical 12kV and 69kV
facility relocations. This early relocation effort will eliminate delays and conflicts with the
upcoming Transportation Improvement Project, TT0562 Olive Ave: Sarival to Reems. The
work will be completed prior to the start of the road improvement project.

APS Work Order No: WA441680 Letter of Agreement 69/12KV Conflict Relocation
Dear Kelly,
This letter serves as a letter of agreement for Arizona Public Service Company ("APS") Work Authorization
Number WA441680 relating to the above-mentioned project. The following is an outline of the costs and
responsibilities of APS and the Maricopa County Department of Transportation ("MCDOT") all work has
been completed in the field. MCDOT has asked APS to relocate the APS 12K V facilities that are in conflict
with the MCDOT Olive Avenue Road improvements at the above location. The APS 69/12KV facilities
that are in conflict with the new MCODT Olive Avenue improvements are located within an existing
easement therefore MCDOT is responsible to pay APS 100% of the relocation cost. The location of the
APS facilities that are in conflict are located on Olive Avenue east between of Sarival Avenue and Reems
Road.
The cost for the relocation of the APS 69/12K V overhead facilities that MCDOT is responsible to pay APS
is $1,300,126.17.

APS will provide all of the 69/12K V electrical, labor and materials to construct, remove and
relocate the existing 69/12K V overhead facilities that are in conflict with the new Olive Avenue
Road improvements.
MCDOT shall pay APS a grand total of $1,300, 126.17 for the relocation of the 69/12K V overhead.
