From the LEMOs and summarized: FY21-22- 6 months estimate $2,783,013.54. I will use the email from Millette as an attachment. We feel this may be low based on the Project information for each hotel- if it is, we will adjust accordingly with approvals and budgets. Any other concerns or thoughts- or are we good to set up in Advantage? With that behind us, I will begin working on Board approval. There has been some movement in total award and participating contracts. Details will emerge soon. It is assumed that the award amount will fall under the original of $5,572,031, but not sure just how much under. For sake of budget set-up, I would like to proceed with just under half of the original total of 5,572,031- So set up at $2,750,000. Please take another look at the appropriations language Stephanie and/or Zach. I changed it up a bit. Impact spreadsheet is attached as well. As soon as I have just a bit more information from the program folks, I will get it on the BOS agenda- probably 5/19. There are still details that remain unanswered- you needn’t read the entire email chain below, but it will give you an idea of where we are… I need just a couple more basic things before placing on the Board agenda so hoping to still make the 5/5 or if not, the 5/19. The question for you guys- these is some urgency in getting the budget information set up sooner instead of later. We’d like to do it Monday… With the information we have, we should be able to get Adv set up. If any adjustments are required, we could amend. What say you about this idea? Most of the players are cc’d here so let us know if questions- or if there are absolutes that need covered. Thanks much. The estimate is for 50% of the clients will be asylum seekers. Currently, this PA is scheduled to end at September 30, 2021 unless if the Feds extend it another year.
