I am the neighbor to the south of this property and Im concerned with the road (58th st) becoming too narrow as I have large boats and RVs that need to negotiate thru this narrow road. This road also doubles as a wash as well so it’s a tricky area to navigate. Im also concerned with the height of this building as it will block my sunset views to the NW.
