Effective upon signature, the Agreement referenced above is hereby amended as follows:
1. Pursuant to the Agreement Terms, Section Four (4), Amendment, the Agreement is hereby amended as follows:
1.1. Section Ten (10), Agreement Term, the Agreement is hereby extended until ARS §49-558.02 becomes effective;
1.2. Section Nineteen (19) Termination, this Agreement will automatically expire upon enactment of ARS §49-558.02.
2. ADEQ will continue to execute the FY2020 work plan in FY2022, until this agreement expires.
