THE ARIZONA BOARD OF REGENTS, acting for and on behalf of
ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY
I, The above named agreement is hereby amended as specified below.
A. This term of this Agreement to be extended from July 1, 2021 and is valid
through June 30, 2026.”
II. All other terms and conditions of the original Agreement shall remain in full force and
effect.
