_ Hi Jessica, | was just checking and | see we have the same issue with PO 210727. It is made out to AZCEC but at the
wrong address. | know | have sent the current W9 multiple times — but | guess it didn’t get corrected in the system.
| have attached the invoice that was sent earlier. | have no idea if the check has been cut. If we are lucky, it hasn’t
been processed yet.
| am sorry that | didn’t notice that the PO vendor info was wrong - | will try to do a better job of checking that!
