At today’s Maricopa County Board of Supervisor’s meeting, the Board approved Agenda Item C-94-14-008-3- 05 authorizing the cancellation of the Lease as of June 30, 2021. This letter serves as official notice to City of Phoenix, as Lessor, that Lessee will surrender the Leased Premises on or before the cancellation date.
