My name is Judith Pierce. I own Parcel #216-50-lSlA Located in Maricopa County.
The subject of this letter is the request to abandon easement ( PAB - 0150 ) Assessor
Parcel #216-50-186A, which I object to.
I object in the strongest terms to the abandonment of this Federal Patent Easement on
the grounds that it will severly reduce accsess to my property and adversely affect its value.
, For the purpose of ingress and egress to my property this easement is neccessary and should
be left intact.
I understand a property owner wanting to increase the square footage of his property, but
he should not be allowed to do so by reducing the ingress and egress to another property to
the point of being inadequate. I pray that you deny this abandonment request as written.
