LEGAL ADVICE AND STATUS UPDATE ON ELECTION LITIGATION AND RELATED ISSUES Take action as directed in December 7, 2020 Executive Session regarding case CV2020-096490, James Stevenson, Baron Benham, Lynie Stone, Jessica Chambers as Aggrieved Electors v. Governor Ducey and Secretary of State Katie Hobbs. (C-06- 21-318-X-00) Motion was made by Supervisor Jack Sellers and seconded by Supervisor Bill Gates to direct the County Attorney to intervene in the Lawsuit as announced by the Clerk of the Board.
