will not be processed. If you don’t have a mortgage or deed of trust on the subject property, you will need
to sign, before a notary, the affidavit below attesting to that status.

RE: Everett Moudy: Federal Patent Easement Abandonment Application
To Whom It May Concern,
Per your request I am writing in regards to the proposed Federal Patent Easement Abandonment
Application that is to be submitted by Everett Moudy. Said application concerns the property
located at 616 E Yearling Road, Phoenix, Arizona 85085 bearing the Parcel APN: 210-14-026D
(hereinafter Property). Mortgage Research Center, LLC dba Veterans United Home Loans
(hereinafter VUHL) is the owner and holder of the Note evidencing the debt secured by a certain
Deed of Trust granted and executed by Mr. Moudy on May 22, 2020 and recorded in the
Maricopa County Recorder’s Office. It is VUHL’s intent to acknowledge and grant written
consent for the above mentioned application. This letter should not be construed as to grant
consent for any future transfers or applications without prior written consent of VUHL or the
owner of such obligation at the time of contemplated transfer.
