To Whom It May Concern: I, “Rudy” Raul Santa Cruz, Constable at West McDowell Justice Court am submitting my resignation/retirement effective January 31, 2021. I have made my decision based on my doctors medical and science advise that the COVID-19 virus could seriously jeopardize my health.
