Absent: Steve Gallardo, Supervisor, District 5. Also present telephonically: Juanita Garza, Clerk of the Board; Joy Rich, County Manager; Andrea Cummings, Legal Counsel. EXECUTIVE SESSION Vote to convene in Executive Session to consider the items on the Executive Agenda dated Thursday, January 07, 2021, for Board of Supervisors and relevant Special Districts pursuant to the statutory authority listed for each item. Motion to approve by Supervisor Bill Gates, seconded by Supervisor Clint Hickman Ayes: Clint Hickman, Jack Sellers, Steve Chucri, Bill Gates Absent: Steve Gallardo ~ Supervisor Steve Gallardo entered the meeting during Executive Session ~ MEETING RECESSED Chairman Jack Sellers recessed the Board of Supervisors to convene in Executive Session. OPEN SESSION 2. POSSIBLE ACTION RE: ADVICE AND UPDATE RE: ELECTION LITIGATION AND BOARD DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ELECTIONS Take possible action as directed in Executive Session regarding Election Litigation and Board Duties and Responsibilities for Elections.
