Also present: Juanita Garza, Clerk; Joy Rich, County Manager; Andrea Cummings, Legal Counsel (remote); Maria Ceaglske, Minutes Coordinator. 1. EXECUTIVE SESSION Vote to convene in Executive Session to consider the items on the Executive Agenda dated Tuesday, January 19, 2021, for Board of Supervisors and relevant Special Districts pursuant to the statutory authority listed for each item. Motion to approve by Supervisor Bill Gates, seconded by Supervisor Steve Gallardo Ayes: Clint Hickman, Jack Sellers, Steve Chucri, Bill Gates, Steve Gallardo MEETING RECESSED After discussion on the Executive Session items, the meeting was recessed at 2:42 PM January 19, 2021, with a possibility to reconvene at 9:00AM, January 20, 2021, at the same location. Further notifications could be found on the action summary, and the Clerk of the Board webpage, www.maricopa.gov/324. 2. POSSIBLE ACTION RE: LEGAL ADVICE RE: SENATE SUBPOENAS RECEIVED JANUARY 5, 2021 Take possible action as directed in Executive Session regarding Senate Subpoenas received January 5, 2021. (C-06-21-440-X-00) No action was taken on this item. 3. POSSIBLE ACTION RE: LEGAL ADVICE RE: ELECTION LITIGATION, SUBPOENAS AND BOARD DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ELECTIONS Take possible action as directed in Executive Session regarding Election Litigation and Board Duties and Responsibilities for Elections.
