For and in the consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, the receipt
and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, MARICOPA COUNTY, a political subdivision of the
State of Arizona ““GRANTOR?”), in accordance with Intergovernmental Agreement C-64-18-112-M-00,
which was fully executed on April 30, 2018, does hereby quitclaim to THE CITY OF CHANDLER, an
Arizona municipal corporation, its successors and assigns (“GRANTEE”), all of its right, title, and
interest in that certain real property situated in Maricopa County, Arizona as described in each of
the following instruments filed of record in the office of the Maricopa County Recorder:

matters that could be disclosed by a visual inspection or accurate survey of the real property.
In witness whereof, GRANTOR and GRANTEE have executed this Quit Claim Deed as of the
dates set forth herein.

ACCEPTANCE
The CITY OF CHANDLER, an Arizona Municipal Corporation, does hereby accept the
foregoing Quit Claim Deed and the terms and conditions thereof.
In witness whereof, the CITY OF CHANDLER has caused this ACCEPTANCE to be executed
by its Public Works and Utilities Director pursuant to City of Chandler City Code Section 43-2.3
which was authorized by its City Council by Ordinance 4365 on the 14" day of June 2012.
