PALOMA IRRIGATION AND DRAINAGE DISTRICT

Sharon A. Mills, who being first duly sworn upon her oath, deposes and says:
That she is the person appointed by the Board of Directors to post the notices of
the annual election of Paloma Irrigation and Drainage District, Maricopa County, Arizona
(the District).
That on June 25, 2020 she posted the attached Notice of Annual Election of
Paloma Irrigation and Drainage District of Maricopa County, State of Arizona, a copy of
which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference, at one
public place within the division for which the election is held and also posted a general
notice of the election in the office of the District.
That on June 25, 2020, she posted the above referenced notice in no less than
three different public places in Maricopa County.
That posting of said notices complies with the requirements of Arizona Revised
Statutes Section 48-3016.
