STATEMENT OF RESULTS OF ELECTION OF
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
NEW MAGMA IRRIGATION & DRAINAGE DISTRICT
HELD ON NOVEMBER 10, 2020 IN
PINAL COUNTY, ARIZONA
The Board of Directors of New Magma Irrigation & Drainage District do hereby
make the following Statement of Results of the Election of the Board of Directors held on
November 10, 2020, in said District. This Statement is based upon the official canvass of the
returns of said election by the Board of Directors of said District.

of Directors of the District on the 16th day of November, 2020, at which a quorum was present
and that said Statement has not been amended, repealed, or rescinded.
