A RESOLUTION ENDORSING THE CREATION OF THE
RANCHO VENTURA 12 IRRIGATION WATER DELIVERY
DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHOENIX as
follows:
As provided in Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 48, Chapters 1 and 20, the
creation of an irrigation water delivery district for single-family residential properties
within the area bounded by Catalina Drive to the south, EarII Drive to the north, 40th
Street to the west, and 44th Street to the east, to be known as the Rancho Ventura 12
Irrigation Water Delivery District, is hereby endorsed.
PASSED by the Council of the City of Phoenix this 18th day of September,
2019.
