Jefferson, 10th Floor Phoenix, AZ 85003 Statement in Support of Rancho Ventura 12 Irrigation Water Delivery District Dear Board of Supervisors, On December 11, 2019 the Board of Supervisors will have a hearing regarding Rancho Ventura #12 Irrigation Water Delivery District. As a homeowner within the proposed district, I strongly support the creation of an IWDD in my neighborhood. I would like to file a statement in support of this district. Irrigation has provided our neighborhood with beautiful green streets. Our neighborhood has benefited from irrigation water since before these homes were built 70 years ago. As the neighborhood grows and changes, we want an IWDD to ensure that our water infrastructure is well maintained. This district will promote our neighborhood's health and comfort with beautiful trees and lower temperatures, provide convenience as repair funds will be easily collected through yearly taxes, and is necessary as our neighborhood grows and our infrastructure ages.
