1. Provide a detailed justification and explanation The county purchased satellite data service for our mobile
satellite. In order to fully reimburse the County for the data
service we need to extend the period of performance from
10/1/19 to 211/21. With Grant funded projects we are not
allowed to go out to bid or solicit vendors until the Board of
Supervisors approves and accepts the grant so we will
need to extend the grant effective dates In order to match
for extending the period of performance. the service agreement.

Office Enterprise Technology Personnel on set up
and deployment of equipment.

Quarterly deployment training for Regional Partners Various dates through 1/31/21
and County Staff to include set up and testing in other
