Division of Aging and Adult Services ALERT SFY-20-B1 Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) Carryover for SFY-2020 The Division of Aging and Adult Services (DAAS) is approving $4,435,753 in Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), carryover funds for State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2020. This amount is comprised of unexpended funds from SFY 2019. Funds are being reallocated to the following designated LIHEAP providers. These funds will be added to the SFY 2020 contract.
