The final day for candidate nomination papers for the Electrical District Number Seven directors' election was October 28, 2019. As there are two director positions up for election this year, and only one candidate petition was filed for each position, the District hereby requests that the Board of Supervisors cancel the January 11, 2020, directors' election. The board positions that are up for election in 2020 are Director seats that are currently filled by Leyton Woolf and R.D. Justice. Copies of their nomination papers are enclosed. Please place this matter on the agenda for the next formal Board of Supervisors meeting, which we understand will be on November 20, 2019. Please call me if you have any questions. Very truly yours, cAtKvb-3 Sheryl A. Sweeney Enclosures c: R.D. Justice (w/out encl.) 4666402.1
