A RESOLUTION ENDORSING THE CREATION OF THE
OCOTILLO ESTATES IRRIGATION WATER DELIVERY
DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHOENIX as
follows:
As provided in Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 48, Chapters 1 and 20, the
creation of an irrigation water delivery district for single-family residential properties
within the area bounded by Maryland Avenue to the south, Ocotillo Road to the north,
12th Street to the west, and 16th Street to the east, to be known as the Ocotillo Estates
Irrigation Water Delivery District, is hereby endorsed.
PASSED by the Council of the City of Phoenix this 18th day of September,
2019.
