This notice from Thoroughbred Farms IWDD No. 43serves as a formal request to cancel the biennial
election that is to be held on November 20, 2019. In accordance with A.R.S. 16-410(A), the District seeks
approval from the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to have the election cancelled and appoint
Geoffrey Zinnecker, Michael Bounds and Edward Sloatwho are duly qualified for the office of Trusteeto
which he or she has been serving previously. The term they will serve as trustees will be from January 1,
2020 to December 31, 2021.
