The following streets consistent with the rights-of-way, as depicted in “NADABURG TOWNSITE”, as
recorded in Book 13, Page 24, M.C.R. and also a portion of the Southwest quarter of said Section 13,
described as follows:
SOUTHWEST OF US 60
Center Street from East line of Crozier Road to the Southwest line of US 60, EXCEPT from the South
line of Roosevelt Avenue to the South line of Wilson Avenue,
and
that portion of Lot 7, Block 49 of “Nadaburg Townsite”, Book 13 of maps, Page 24 lying East of the Oak
Street and Roosevelt Avenue intersection; BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of said Lot 7; then along
the Southwesterly line of said Lot 7 to the Southwest corner thereof a distance of 50 feet; thence, along
the Northwest line of said Lot 7 a distance of 97.80 feet to a point of cusp of a curve concave to the east
and having a radius of 121.58 feet. Thence Southerly along said curve to the Point of Beginning.

Wilson Avenue from Center Street to Poplar Street,
and
Poplar Street from South line of said “NADABURG TOWNSITE” to US 60,
and
Harding Avenue from Poplar Street to Ash Street,
and

A curvilinear parcel lying between the Southeast line of the Northeasterly extension and the East line of
the Southerly extension of Poplar Street, and a curve concave Southeasterly having a tangent distance of
116.63 feet and a radius of 294.21 feet as measured from intersection of the Southeasterly and East line of
Poplar Street.

Griffin Avenue from North line of “NADABURG TOWNSITE” to Center Street,
and
Oak Street from Griffin Avenue to Northwesterly extension of the Northeasterly line of Lot 7 of Block 11
“NADABURG TOWNSITE”,
and
Hovey Avenue from Beginning of Pavement to the East line of “NADABURG TOWNSITE”,
and
Vine Street from Beginning of Pavement to End of Pavement, EXCEPT any area within Hovey Avenue,
and
Walnut Street from Myers Avenue to East line of “NADABURG TOWNSITE”
and
Myers Avenue from West line of Walnut Street to a line 15 feet West of the East line of “NADABURG
TOWNSITE”.
