This notice from Sunburst Farms Irrigation District serves as a formal request to cancel the
election of director(s) that is to be held on November 12, 2019. In accordance with A.R.S. 16-
410(A). The District seeks approval from the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to have the
election cancelled and appoint Larry Hudson who is duly qualified for the office of Director to
which he has been serving previously. The term he will serve as director will be from January 1,
2020 to December 31, 2022.
