This notice from White Fence Farms I IWDD No. 60 serves as a formal request to cancel the biennial
election that is to be held on November 20, 2019. In accordance with A.R.S. 16-410(A), the District seeks
approval from the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to have the election cancelled and appoint Dan
Utley, Kevan Gurr, and Shirland Whipple who are duly qualified for the office of Trustee. All 3 candidates
have submitted the required nomination forms in a timely manner. The term they will serve as trustees
will be from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2021.
