Maricopa County by and through its Air Quality Department (“County”) and the Arizona Propane
Gas Association (“Association”) entered into an Agreement to provide matching funds in the
amount of $25,000 for the Propane Fire Pit Program.
Effective upon signature, the Agreement referenced above is hereby amended as follows:
Pursuant to the Agreement Terms, amend the following:
12., Agreement Term: The initial term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date
and end no later than April 1, 2020.

Scope of Work, Timeline and Milestones
The program start date will be on or about October 1, 2019 and will be limited to the first 1,000
participants. It is anticipated the funding for the program will be exhausted by the end of March
2020.
The foregoing paragraphs contain all the changes to the Agreement. All other terms and conditions
of the original Agreement as amended and approved remain in full force and effect and as agreed
to by the Parties. The Amendment shall be effective upon approval and signature by the Parties.
