The terms and conditions governing your award are set forth in the Letter of Agreement signed by
your authorized official and dated August 27, 2019 (the "Letter of Agreement"). This email

terms of the Letter of Agreement specify a different payment schedule, we expect to distribute
additional payments upon receipt and review of your Financial Reports.
2. Contracts

national program center. We want to hear from you if you find yourself facing unusual
challenges at any time during your grant. Please alert the program officer or program financial
analyst about such concerns as soon as they become apparent, rather than waiting to tell us in
your narrative report.
Unless you are otherwise notified, your reports are due as set forth in the Letter of Agreement.
