This notice serves as our formal request to cancel the biennial election for the Spectrum IWDD No. 48
that was to be held on November 20, 2019. In accordance with ARS 16-410(A), the district seeks
approval of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to have the election cancelled and the
appointment of two current board members, Morgan Neville , and Doug Strode , who are duly
qualified to be retained for their term of office for which they were nominated. A third nomination page
was received for Kari Hansen, who we request be added to the Board.
