This notice from Duke Manor IWDD No. 61 serves as a formal request to cancel the election of
trustees(s) that is to be held on November 20, 2019. In accordance with A.R.S. 16-410(A), the District
seeks approval from the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to have the election cancelled and
appoint Dawn Upton, Robert Ogden, and Salima Keegan who are duly qualified for the office of
Trustee. The term they will serve as trustee(s) will be from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2021.
