EASEMENT, RIGHT-OF-WAY, AND RELOCATION ASSISTANCE DOCUMENTS Approve easements, right-of-way documents, and relocation assistance for highway and public purposes as authorized by road file resolutions or previous Board of Supervisors’ action. (C-06-20-086-7-00) A. D22727-2 Project #: TT0367 – El Mirage Road (Northern to Peoria) – (WJ) Assessor’s Parcel #: 501-45-014N – Purchase Agreement – Joe and Tonya Richardson. Motion to approve by Supervisor Hickman, seconded by Supervisor Sellers Ayes: Sellers, Chucri, Gates, Hickman, Gallardo 2. EXECUTIVE SESSION Vote to convene in Executive Session to consider the items on the Special Executive Agenda dated August 26, 2019, for Board of Supervisors and relevant Special Districts pursuant to the statutory authority listed for each item.
