Jefferson Street, 10th Floor Phoenix, AZ 85003 RE: 11/laricopa Water District - 2019 Annual Election Dear Ms. McCarroll: It has been determined that Maricopa Water District will only have one nominee for the Board position of Director, Division 2. That is Mr. Michael J. Moore, who, as it stands, currently holds this position. With that, pursuant to ARS Title 15, Title 48 or § 16-822, Maricopa Water District hereby requests to be put on the agenda for your upcoming formal meeting on September 18, 2019, and asks that our election scheduled for November 12, 2019, be cancelled.
