A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FORMATION OF THE
NANCY KAY IRRIGATION WATER DELIVERY DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHOENIX as
follows:
SECTION 1. The formation of an irrigation water delivery district as
provided by Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 48, Chap. 20 is hereby recommended for
approval for the area known as Nancy Kay Irrigation Water Delivery District bounded by
Sherran Lane to the south, Clarendon Avenue to the north, 28th Street to the west, and
30th Street to the east.
PASSED by the Council of the City of Phoenix this 23rd day of January,
2019.
