FIRST AMENDMENT TO GENERAL SERVICES CONTRACT
NEW HOPE GENERAL PROGRAM
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO GENERAL SERVICES CONTRACT — NEW HOPE
GENERAL PROGRAM AGREEMENT ("First Amendment") is entered into by and
between W.O.W. Dog Rescue ("Contractor") and Maricopa County, administered through
its Animal Care and Control Department ("County). The County and Contractor are
collectively referred to as "Parties" and each individually as "Party."
RECITALS:
I. The Parties entered into an Agreement effective September I, 2018 through August
31, 2019 ("Initial Term").
II. The Parties now desire to amend the Agreement upon the terms and conditions
contained in this First Amendment
FIRST AMENDMENT:
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing and other valuable
considerations, the Parties hereby amend the Agreement as follows:
I. The Term of the Agreement is renewed for a three (3) year period, effective
September 1,2019 and expiring on August 31,2022.
IL The following section is replaced and superseded in the Agreement:
3CVI — ISRAEL BOYCOTT
Pursuant to A.R.S. 35-393 and 35-393.01, Contractor certifies that it is not
currently engaged in, and agrees for the duration of the Contract not to engage
in, a boycott of goods or services from Israel.

The foregoing paragraphs contain all changes made by this amendment. All other
terms and conditions of the original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have executed this First Amendment on this
