Bolivar Drive from 103rd Avenue to Whispering Lake Drive,
and
The South half of Bolivar Drive from Whispering Lake Drive to 99th Drive,
and
99th Drive from Thunderbird Boulevard to Bolivar Drive,
and
The East half of 99th Drive from Bolivar Drive to a Northern Boundary line of said “Sun City
Unit 20”,
and
The Westerly half of Whispering Lake Drive from within said “Sun City Unit 19”;
and also,
