Jefferson, 10th Floor Phoenix, AZ 85003 Re: Request for Consent of Real Property Transfer Dear Ms. Milne, The purpose of this letter is to request the Maricopa County’s consent to the transfer of the properties listed on Exhibit A from Catholic Charities Community Services, Inc.(“CCCS”), an Arizona nonprofit corporation to Housing for Hope I, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“H4H”). In 2018, CCCS underwent a corporate reorganization. CCCS would like to hold these Properties in a commonly controlled entity. Its intent and operations remain unchanged. Any transfer from CCCS to H4H would contain the same restrictions, if any, in the respective deed. We would appreciate it if you would indicate your consent by signing on the following page.
