Contract No. C-22-19-011-3-01 Amendment 1 AMENDMENT TO THE INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN MARICOPA COUNTY ADMINISTERED BY ITS HUMAN SERVICES DEPARTMENT AND MARICOPA COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT I. Maricopa County “County” by and through its Human Services Department and the Maricopa County Community College District, on behalf of Rio Salado Community referred to as the “Contractor” entered into a financial Intergovernmental Agreement (“Agreement”) which began on December 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019. The purpose of the Agreement is for the Contractor to provide training to the County’s childcare providers who require educational qualifications. The Agreement includes an option to extend the Agreement for two (2) one-year terms. The County and the Contractor may be referred to individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties.” II. The Parties now wish to amend the Agreement “Amendment No. 1” (renewal option #1), as follows: A. Extend the Agreement termination date from June 30, 2019 to June 30, 2020. B. The Amendment term shall begin July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020. C. Revise section 9.0 COMPENSATION as follows: 9.2 Funding for the Amendment shall not exceed $10,000 for the period of July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020. 9.5 The County shall reimburse the Contractor on a Net “0” payment standard. III. This Amendment is subject to A.R.S. §38-511. The foregoing paragraphs contain all the changes made by this Amendment. All other terms and conditions of the original Agreement remain the same and in full force and effect as approved and amended.
