AMENDMENT No. 1
To
IT CONSULTING SERVICES FOR INTEGRATED CRIMINAL JUSTICE
SERIAL NO. 14065-CI
Between
Pragmatica, LLC
Maricopa County, Arizona
WHEREAS, Maricopa County, Arizona ("County") and Pragmatica, LLC. ("Contractor")
have entered into a Contract for IT Consulting Services on July 30, 2014 and effective August 1,
2014 ("Agreement") under County Contract No. 14065-CI.
WHEREAS, County and Contractor have agreed to further modify the Agreement by
changing certain terms and conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, and for other good and valuable
consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. CONTRACT TERM (Update section. 1.2 to reflect the following change):
...renew the term of this Contract for additional terms of one (1) year up to a
maximum of feur nine (49) years. Furthermore, the parties agree to renew the
term of the contract for one (1) year until July 31, 2020.
2. ISRAEL BOYCOTT (Section 6.31 is deleted in its entirety):
3. NON-DISCRIMINATION (Add the following language to Section 6.33):
Contractor agrees to comply with all provisions and requirements of Arizona
Executive Order 2009-09 including flow down of all provisions and requirements
to any subcontractors. Executive Order 2009-09 supersedes Executive order 99-4
and amends Executive order 75-5 and may be viewed and downloaded at the
Arizona State Library Research website

which is hereby incorporated into this contract as if set forth in full herein. During
the performance of this Contract, Contractor shall not discriminate against any
employee, client or any other individual in any way because of that person's age,
race, creed, color, religion, sex, disability or national origin.

4. Exhibit A-PRICING
The rate per hour is changed to the new hourly rate below for the following
personnel effective August 1, 2019. The hourly rate for the other personnel
remains unchanged.
Dan Clark Software Developer $120 per hour
Dave Spurling Software Developer $120 per hour
James Tucker Software Developer $120 per hour
Paul Stone Quality Manager $60 per hour
Engineer
Cathy Plummer Project Manager $120 per hour
Ashley Ray Software Developer $120 per hour

ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Contract Amendment is executed on the date set forth when
executed by Maricopa County.
