Mail Ballot Election
Dear Ms. Carroll:
Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes §16-558(A), an irrigation district may conduct its board of directors'
elections by mail ballot if the governing board of the district obtains approval from the board of
supervisors of the county in which the district is located, prior to publishing the call of election. White
Fence Farms 1, IWDD #60 hereby requests permission from the Ma ricopa County Board of Supervisors to
conduct mail ballot elections for the 2019 election of directors.
