FIRST AMENDMENT TO GENERAL SERVICES CONTRACT
NEW HOPE GENERAL PROGRAM
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO GENERAL SERVICES CONTRACT — NEW HOPE
GENERAL PROGRAM AGREEMENT ("First Amendment") is entered into by and
between Soldier's Best Friend ("Contractor") and Maricopa County, administered through
its Animal Care and Control Department ("County"). The County and Contractor are
collectively referred to as "Parties" and each individually as "Party."
RECITALS:
The Parties entered into an Agreement effective June 1, 20 8 through May 31,2019
("Initial Term").
H. The Parties now desire to amend the Agreement upon the terms and conditions
contained in this First Amendment.
FIRST AMENDMENT:
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing and other valuable
considerations, the Parties hereby amend the Agreement as follows:
I. The Term of the Agreement is renewed for a three (3) year period, effective June 1,
2019 and expiring on May 31, 2022.
H. The foregoing paragraph contains all changes made by this amendment. All other
terms and conditions of the original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
