Roadways consistent with the right of way, together with all appurtenant rights, lying within the
Southwest quarter and Southeast quarter of Section 13, Township 1 North, Range 7 East of the
Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona, and being more particularly
described as follows:
110th Street as depicted on the subdivision plat for Camberly Place recorded in Book 458 of
Maps, page 27;
EXCEPT that part lying within University Drive right of way; and
That portion of Cholla Road as depicted on the subdivision plat for Adobe Estates recorded in
Book 527 of Maps, page 6, lying East of the West right of way line of 110th Street; and
The South 30 feet of the East half of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of said
Section; and
That portion of Mountain RD lying within the Southeast quarter of said Section 13 as depicted
on the subdivision plat for Dave Brown at Mountain & University recorded in Book 460 of
Maps, page 9.
EXCEPT that part lying within University Drive right of way and that part lying North of the
Easterly extension of the North right of way line of Cholla Road.
