A578 The following road alignments, consistent with the right of way, together with all appurtenances and easements of record lying within the North half of Section 23, Township 1 North, Range 7 East of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian Maricopa County, Arizona, more particularly described as follows: Mercury Drive from the centerline of 107th Street to and including that parcel described as “Mercury Drive” as shown on the plat for Merrill Ranch recorded in Book 543 of Maps, page 13. Boulder Drive from 225 feet West of the center line of 107th Street to the East right-of-way line of Merrill Road. 105th place from the North right-of-way line of Boulder drive to the South right-of-way line of University Drive. (Said road alignments known as Mecury Drive, Boulder Drive and 105th Place are in Supervisor District 2 and in an unincorporated area.)
