ELECTRICAL DISTRICT NO. 6
WHEREAS, the annual election of Directors of Electrical District No. 6 was held on
January 12, 2019, in accordance with the provisions of A.R.S. §§ 48-1742 et seq.;
WHEREAS, there was no candidate nominated for election for any available seat on the
ED6 Board of Directors;
WHEREAS, the canvass of the votes having been made by the Board of Directors of
Electrical District No. 6 and results of said election having been determined, it is hereby:
RESOLVED, that there was no candidate elected at the January 12, 2019 annual election.
