Jefferson, 10 1h Floor Phoenix, AZ 85003 fmccarroll@mail.maricopa.gov Re: Request to Modify Proposed Irrigation District Boundaries and Initial Budget Dear Board of Supervisors: The undersigned board members of the proposed Arden Estates Irrigation District hereby request a modification of the proposed boundaries of the Irrigation District. The owners of the following property addresses (and parcel numbers) do not have access to irrigation and have requested to be removed from the District boundaries: 920 N. Harris (137-03-294D) 1554 E. Elmwood Cir. (137-03-287) 1555 E. Elmwood Cir. (137-03-293) 1536£. Elmwood Cir. (137-03-288) A map reflecting this change in the proposed boundaries is attached along with a revised list of property owners who would remain part of the Irrigation District. These property owners remain overwhelmingly supportive of the formation of an Irrigation District. In addition, we hereby request a modification in the proposed initial annual assessment from $4,600 to $2,500. The reason for this change is that since establishing the initial budget, we have taken up a neighborhood collection and fixed two of the irrigation gates that needed replacement.
