I. The above named contract is hereby amended as specified below:
A. Coversheet, 3. Contract Amount is changed to an aggregate, not-to-exceed (NTE) total amount
from $290,000.00 to $360,000 (increased by $70,000 budget period July 1, 2019 through June
30, 2020);
B. Coversheet, 6. Expiration Date is extended to June 30, 2020. (The Contract term cannot be
extended beyond October 31, 2020.)
