IGA G-30123 AMENDMENT NO. 4 C-85-10-001-1-04 AMENDMENT NO. 4 to INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT FOR USE OF REAL PROPERTY Between PEORIA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT And MARICOPA COUNTY RECITALS A. Maricopa County (“County”) and Peoria Unified School District (“District”) (collectively, the “Parties”) are Parties to that certain Intergovernmental Agreement No. G30123, dated August 4, 2009 and subsequently amended August 8, 2012, August 14, 2013 and September 21, 2016 (the Agreement”). The Agreement is for the use of District owned space at 10851 W. Williams Road, Sun City, Arizona. B. The term of the Agreement expires on July 22, 2019. C. The Parties now mutually desire to enter into this Amendment No. 4 to the Agreement (“Amendment”) to amend the Agreement to create a new term. AGREEMENT NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and other good and valuable consideration, receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, District and County agree to amend Agreement as follows: 1. The Agreement term is hereby extended (3) years, commencing July 23, 2019 and expiring July 22, 2022. This Agreement is subject to termination pursuant to the provisions of A.R.S. 38-511. 2. The effective date of this amendment is the date of approval by Maricopa County. 3. The foregoing paragraphs contain all the changes made by this Amendment.
