Jefferson, 10th Floor, Phoenix, AZ 85003, with the following members present: Steve Chucri, Chairman, District 2; Bill Gates, Vice Chairman, District 3; Denny Barney, District 1; Clint Hickman, District 4; Steve Gallardo, District 5. Also present: Fran McCarroll, Clerk of the Board; Maria Ceaglske, Minutes Coordinator; Joy Rich, County Manager; and Andrea Cummings, Legal Counsel. ACTION 1. ADOPTION OF THE MARICOPA COUNTY FY 2019 BUDGET The Budget Office in coordination with the County Manager recommends to the Board of Supervisors the following: (C-49-18-046-2-00) 1) Adopt the FY 2019 Maricopa County Budget in the amount of $2,457,317,735 by total appropriation for each department, fund and appropriation unit group listed in the attached schedules. This amount represents no change from the Tentative Budget of $2,457,317,735. 2) Adopt the Five Year Capital Improvement Plan for Fiscal Years 2019-2023. 3) Approve the attached Executive Summary. Seconded by Supervisor Barney. Ayes: Barney, Chucri, Gates, Hickman, Gallardo Supervisor Gates voted aye with the exception of the Pay for Performance line item as it relates to the Superior Court from which he recused himself. MEETING RECESSED Chairman Chucri recessed the Board of Supervisors to convene as the Board of Directors of various Special Districts. MEETING RECONVENED Special Meeting Minutes Monday, June 25, 2018 Page 22 of 36 Chairman Chucri reconvened the meeting of the Board of Supervisors. 2. EXECUTIVE SESSION Vote to convene in Executive Session to consider the items on the Special Executive Agenda dated June 25, 2018, for Board of Supervisors and relevant Special Districts pursuant to the statutory authority listed for each item. This amount represents an increase of $19,577 from the Tentative Budget of $30,105,188. ADOPTION OF THE STADIUM DISTRICT FY 2019 BUDGET Adopt the FY 2019 Stadium District Budget in the amount of $7,565,033 by total appropriation for each fund and appropriation unit group for the Stadium District, listed in the attached schedules. This amount represents no change from the FY 2019 Tentative Budget of $7,565,033.
