Chandler Heights Road, Queen Creek, AZ Dear Mr. Wesley: Pursuant to Section 12.1 of the subject Sub-Lease Agreement by and between Against All Odds Youth Family Services, LLC and Maricopa County, this letter serves as 30-day written notification to Against All Odds Youth Family Services, LLC, that earlier today, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors approved Agenda Item C-22-19-001-1-01, authorizing the early termination of the subject sub- lease on or before March 31, 2019. The County will contact the Sub-Lessor prior to March 31, 2019 to schedule a walk-through of the sub-leased premises.
