Dear Mr. Liggett:
Enclosed is a check in the amount of $27,000 for the Family Centered Employment (FCE)
grant to include:
• $25,000 for Year 3 payment for Grant Period of July 1, 2018 through June 30,
2019, for the Family Centered Employment (FCE) grant to develop a scalable,
sustainable two generation model for linking early education and care to
employment for low- income families through partnerships between workforce
investment boards and early care and education stakeholders.
• $2,000 to support travel expenses and registration to attend scheduled FCE grant
activities at the Forum 2019, March 23-27, 2019.
Grant funds shall be used solely to support the purposes of this project, and in accordance
with terms and conditions outlined in the Grant Agreement executed on April 5, 2017 and
amended on August 23, 2017. Upon receipt of Year 3 payment, please return the
attached Acknowledgement of Receipt.
